Included: parking, grounds upkeep, trash. Electricity and internet are typically separate. Water/sewer per lease.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, up to 2 pets per home. One-time fee $250 per pet and $25/month per pet. Service/assistance animals are exempt with documentation.

Do you have an online portal?

Yes, residents can submit maintenance requests and pay rent online through a secure portal.
